Westcoastrunner: August Challenge Anyone????
Okay —- I
may beam insane but I want to do a 31 day challenge for August and am SERIOUSLY considering ….….drum roll please…………..
100 sit ups a day
Anyone else wanna join me??
Over the month that would be 3100 sit ups !!
You can do it in increments of 10, 25, or 50…
They can be sit ups,…
I shall do them! 100 reps of core exercise per day. Ouch. But worth it.
Mine shall include: crunches, crunches on the ball, clam shell crunches, planks, etc. I’m excited!
I’m in for this on bicycle crunches and similar things. Let’s do it!

I don’t think my body could handle 100 a day lol. I’m lucky to be able to do 40 every once in a while. I might try to bump it up a notch for the month.

I would consider doing this if there was one day a week off and each day had a different ab exercise (so maybe three to six variations a week)
